By using nexGenCoders you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have kept them short and readable.

1. Who can use the site

You may read every lesson, concept bite and practice problem without an account. You need an account to save progress, claim certificates, publish articles (authors) or keep your AI history. You must be at least 13 years old, or use the site with a parent or teacher.

2. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep your password private.
  • One person, one account. Do not share credentials or create accounts to bypass limits.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Free tier and nexGen Pro

All learning content is free to read. nexGen Tutor includes 3 free AI questions per day per person (or per IP address for anonymous use). The limit resets at midnight. A paid plan with a higher limit may be offered; if you subscribe, billing terms will be shown before you pay. We do not hide lessons behind the paid plan.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attack, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, or other people's private data.
  • Do not use the AI to generate harmful, harassing or deceptive content.
  • Do not resell the content or the AI service without written permission.

5. Content and AI output

Lessons and articles are written and edited by the nexGenCoders team and guest authors. AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a study aid, not as professional advice. Always test code before using it in production.

If you publish an article, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it. We may edit for clarity or remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Availability

The site is provided "as is". We aim to keep it online and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that a certificate will be recognised by an employer.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, nexGenCoders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on AI output or lesson content.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack the platform, or break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
